At Business Partners Global Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return our CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and learning items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality to learn our CPD material content.
CPD learning store Items
Most Business Partners Global Ltd Global CPD training items can be returned within 21 days of receipt of delivery. Please return the product to our Global Shared service centre on the at the address on our web site, and it takes 2 business days from time of receipt for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you’ll be refunded for original delivery costs, as well any Import Fees Deposit(s) for the returned item(s), once your return is processed.
Please note that you are cancelling the CPD training items and wish to simply return the item , this will be at your own expense to Business Partners Global Ltd.
Statutory Cancellation Right
You have the statutory right to cancel your learning CPD order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.
Our Voluntary Returns Policy for CPD learning products.
As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return your CPD products to Business Partners Global Ltd within 21 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation as described above.
Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new learning items must be returned new, unused and complete. Used CPD items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.
The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee as for the right if withdrawal. The following learning products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):

If the goods are defective or damaged then a £ 5.00 postage and returns may be applied for UK Returns and £ 10.00 for international returns.

When can I use the course?
Once we have sent you the unique code log on, you should be able use the course immediately and also throughout the day and night 24/7 subject to your Internet connections and maintenance and upgrades to our educational Platform.

Is this why you send a unique access code to me?
Yes it is.
Can I share my access code with anyone else ?
No, and the reasons for this are your security, your training and your progress is monitored on Moodle as an individual, this in effect could invalidate your training and learning that you have paid for . We feel strongly about this, if required read our terms and conditions.
I don’t think I have an account with you. Do I need one before I place my order?
No. When you place your order on the web site and that’s all is required, then we send you your unique access code.
I am a private individual – can I order from you?
Absolutely yes! Please note that you will be required to pay for goods at the time of ordering and this can be done securely online using a credit/debit card and other payment methods at our check out.
Can we be invoiced for our order?
Simply choose “please invoice” during the checkout process
Will I receive a confirmation of my online order?

How do I change/amend an order I have already submitted?

I want to cancel my order
Products can be cancelled within 7 days of ordering by sending an e mail to our customer services department.
The website won’t accept my card details, why?
This could be for a number of reasons. Here are some quick things to check:
